Overview and Purpose

Have you ever watched a loved one attempt to assemble a bicycle, crib, entertainment center or other “simple to assemble” item without first reading the instructions? Or maybe tried to follow the “simple to follow instructions” included with the item only to get confused.
Now that you’re smiling let me tell you that the CCB family of products is amazingly easy to learn and use. With our extensive help files and Flash Videos (found by clicking HELP in the top right had corner of any page of the CCB application) you can easily begin to use CCB as soon as you purchase the application. However, if you want to get the most out of your application, learn how to apply the features to your ministry, learn some shortcuts, or just get better at using the tools available to you through CCB, we recommend our CCB training program.

Program Leaders

The leaders of the CCB training classes have over 25 years of combined training experience. The main goal of our training leaders is to make the CCB tools a active part of your ministry that will help build fellowship and community between your staff and members.

Program Structure

Our training program offers several options. A brief description of each follows:

* Video Tutorial Library Annual Subscription. The CCB Video Tutorial Library is a quality set of pre-recorded webinar classes that can be used to train both staff and volunteer leaders. New classes are added to the video library on a regular basis. These videos can be viewed as often as you would like, by as many people as you would like. The videos are easily accessible from inside the CCB application. Pricing is extremely affordable and is based on expected usage for your church size.
* Online Customized Webinars. You may schedule a customized webinar session for your staff, key leaders, or other members of your congregation to train on specific needs as identified by you. Go beyond the basic training classes and receive personalized training to meet specific training needs.
* Virtual On-Site Training. Schedule a day or two of online webinar training for your church staff, key leaders, or other church members. The virtual on-site training allows you to select topics related to your ministry needs. You get the benefits of on-site training without incurring the travel costs. A CCB Trainer will teach the concepts of each topic while allowing time for your staff to have quality question and answer time. Actual training time for a day is 4 hours.
* On-Site Training. You set the schedule, and we come to you! We will send a CCB Trainer to your location to work with your staff based on your specific needs either in a group setting or one-on-one to provide training for your CCB application.
